Bought a van. Sales floor was empty ones sales guy there helping someone else so I had to wait. Sales Manager did my trade in, offered less than I should have been able to get tried to tell me MMR was 12k on my trade yet there it sits for $18k on the website after initially offering me $11k...finance manager and sales person were nice didn't really care for the sales manager if I didn't need it for a trip I would have just went somewhere else or waited longer. To be honest my family and I buy 3-4 vehicles every couple years and we try to all go to the same dealer so we know the people. Probably will not be my first choice when I replace my truck when the 2026 models come out
