Awful experience. Voicemail and email ignored. Called in for status update, on hold for 20 minutes, finally hung up. Came in to pick up, waited for another 15 minutes. Won’t be back

The person taking care of me was not very pleasant.

I cane to this location bc bc you're in Plainfield is a joke. I've waited over a yr for my recall and they never called. Then I had issues with my steering and talked to 5 people not one called me back to schedule the wrk. I called here and it's in around a week with no issues, no hassle.

It took a few days before my car could be looked at, but it was fixed within 1 day after problem was diagnosed. So, far no further car problems.

Service was great… service mgrs are helpful. Ditch the call center and the AI assistant. They are not helpful at all.

The service attendant who greeted me was very courteous and polite. Great service.

Professional and worked me in as soon as they could. Found the issue and fixed under warranty. Communication was good.
