Overall very pleasant. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but very nice. In the past I have not had great experience with the service department, but this experience was pleasant. Had a 1:20 appt and vehicle was completed by 2:00. I hope Bill Estes keeps this up and goes back to honoring appt times. Hopefully, they are getting back to the pre 2020 customer service standards because for about three years it was TERRIBLE.
