I signed up for the Happy Hour oil change online for $19.99. The person who checked me in said that that was fine. ... When I checked out, I was hassled with and made to pay $49.99 according to the service guy. He said this was for ford only. I had told him that the night before, I had read that, called in to the store and asked, because I've been coming here with 3 vehicles for 10 years. The girl on the phone said that, the coupon was good on other models, but if there was a price difference for the oil filter, it may be a couple dollars more. This was not the case. I can get $50 oil changes anywhere and not feel like I did after all these years. I don,t think I'll be back, there are plenty of places I can take my 3 vehicles to. Its sad, because for over 10 years I have advised all friends and family of your good coupons and good service. I will not be referring anyone else.
