It was pretty good. We knew what we wanted. We almost got the price we wanted. There were small snafus, but the team worked with us to solve them.

We had a very good experience with Dustin McAfee. He knew what we wanted to look at and he had the car close by to see it and drive it to see if that was what we were wanting to buy. We bought it and really enjoy the smaller car. We really hated to part with our Explorer but we didn't need the 3rd seat and so we downsized to an Escape. Hopefully this new car will do as well as the Explorer for us.
