Excellent customer service and knowledge.

I am always very satisfied with the service at Bill Estes. My last visit was due to low tire pressure. My tire was repaired and I was on my way.

Everyone was very helpful. Mike Starnes (sp?) was my salesperson and he was great. Very personable and friendly. Lucas was the tech person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me trying to grasp all that the car offers. I even went back a second time to go over some things. Joel in finance was helpful, thorough and friendly. Great experience all around.

I really appreciated that Bill Estes service was willing to drive me home while car was being serviced, even though I was outside the usual mileage area they usually service. The also came and pick me up when service was completed. It allowed me to get my new tires in a timely manner.

Everyone we dealt with took their time with us and they were super nice! Would go there again. My daughter like Ford Explorer and will definitely refer her to this dealership.

I had a coolant leak on my Mustang, I took it into the service department, I spoke with Casey, he had his mechanic Keith diagnose the issue, both are great at their jobs, Casey handled the extended warranty paperwork and I picked up my car the next day, almost a week now and no issues. Great job easy to deal with, I highly recommend this dealership and both of these individuals.
