It was good, we had a few recalls that need addressed they were. The service department gave is a loaner for the day while our car was getting fixed.

I got and THA WORKS oil change . I had put a note about warranty check and I forgot to ask. But looking at my bill the note is there but no comment.??

Ali does such a great job for me. He is easy to get ahold of and schedules my maintenance right away. He gives me frequent updates to let me know how it is going. Today he even asked me if an old issue ever came back again. He really cares about me and my vehicle. Ali is great!The shuttle drivers Mark and Larry are great as well. Nice to chat with and do a great job of running me back and forth while my truck is in for service.

The installation of the bed cover was great and timely. I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours and it was done in 1.5 hrs. However, getting it ordered was another thing. I had called twice and emailed once with no one returning my request. On the third call I explained what had transpired. My phone call was then returned within 15 minutes. I almost gave up trying to get my bed cover through your dealership.

As usual the service on my car was thorough, professional and quickly completed. I have been coming to Bill Estes for several years... first with my Ford Escape (now sold), my current Ford Flex and now my newest acquisition, a Ford Edge and always receive top notch service.

Casey is always a pleasure to work with. He explains things in ways that make sense and always allows decision making time by not putting pressure on the customer! Mary is also fantastic to work with. Always has a smile on her face and is so kind!
