Tyler is always so helpful and courteous! I never feel taken advantage of at this dealership (like I did at the one we went to before moving here) and they always tell me when something will be needed soon, but can wait until my next oil change - it is nice to know in advance that more work will be needed soon so I can plan for it and I also appreciate that I don't feel forced to get the work done on the spot. My only complaint is that I know I will be at the dealership for at least time and a half (if not double) the time that is estimated for my service appointment. I account for that when scheduling, so it is a pretty minor thing given the quality of service I receive.
