Great customer service ... quickly got in and taken care of by Tyler. He listened to our problem and assured us it would be looked into. He called us with the diagnosis much to our approval. Another dealer had the car for three days and couldn't figure out was wrong. We then quickly were able to get the car repaired.

Quick. Covid safe. Easy to schedule

In for a oil change and sync 3 update. We left the car so we woudn't have to wait in the service lounge - covid 19 concerns. We got texts with phone numbers included to check on status. Got a notification that the work was complete, and we returned to pick up the car. Tyler Lee was responsive on updates, and covered the scope of the work well.

We had an ultimate oil change and tire rotation on our vehicle and were really impressed. They were completed in less time than quoted, which is great when you have a 2 year old with you.

Very quick turn around

Excellent. On a prior service, the tech failed to check tire pressure after he rotated them. Service rep e mailed me and said my next 2 service would be at no charge. The service dept made good on that .
