The only complaint I have is that it took longer than expected due to a bit of confusion. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service.

I appreciate how thorough you are when inspecting my vehicle and also getting sound advice as far as which services should be preformed immediately and which ones will be needed soon but can wait until my next visit. One improvement that could be made is to the customer notification system. I love that you email me when my car is due for maintenance, but apparently the system just emails a ballpark price for the maintenance work. It does not take into account the Ford recommended services for my particular vehicle for this particular mileage maintenance, so while the email led me to believe service would cost around $200, it did not account for several flushes that are recommended for 60,000 mile service on my Escape and it ended up costing over $500. I don't like being blindsided; I would much rather have a reliable estimate up front. Please consider making an update to your reminder system.

Friendly, helpful and always answers any questions. My vehicles are always ready when they say they will be done. I have purchased several cars, SUV's, and trucks and have had no problems with them . They know us by name so it makes you feel welcome and important as a customer.
