Service Adviser Casey Malkowski & technician Jordan Hoff always go the extra mile! They both verified I am satisfied before they release my vehicle back to me. Even though my vehicle is an off make and not a ford product I received the same amount of attention and care. Superb work from both ends, adviser & technician both performed a walk around with me and explained exactly what had to be done from first to the final step. Thank You Estes Ford for hiring such great personnel you could use more people just like them. Keep up the Fantabulous Work Guys! Thank You!!

My car was brought in for an oil change. While checking the car it was learned the caliper was leaking brake fluid on the brake pads. I just had that work completed in the fall of 2019. Even though it was not done at Bill Estes, I took it back to the place where it was done and it is all under warranty and it is scheduled for repair. Not sure what causes a caliper to leak, but certainly should not be doing that shortly after replacement. Thanks to Robert who was very concerned about me leaving with it in the condition it was in, I am pleased with the service I received that day. He has a heart of gold and he needs to know it is being fixed.
