A special kudos to Nick, who patiently helped us set up Fordpass, then our Fordpass Rewards. The Rewards part is what was taking so long and finally, it was left up Corporate to decide if we will get them or not. Still not finished but will call them again and Nick said to come back if we are refused. He is an excellent member of your Service team and we enjoyed interacting with him.
