Tyler is an INCREDIBLE Service Manager. Communicates what is going on with my vehicle and ALWATS delivers on time! APPRECIATE his consistent efforts! .

Overall it was a good experience but largely because of Mitch Dotson. Mitch always goes out of his way to ensure I am updated on the status of my car and to make it as easy as possible to get my car there and back - often times picking the car up from me or dropping it off to me. From the service side the car was delivered back to me with the fender not fully attached. While it wasn't a difficult fix it 1. took extra time from my day to bring the car back to be fixed when it should have been right the first time and 2. upon bringing it to the shop the advisor nor the GM once apologized for the inconvenience, It wasn't until I was getting my car leaving that the service tech said he was really sorry and that those pieces are hard to reattach sometimes. This part of the experience was frustrating. I could have chosen any body shop to repair my headlight and grill but I took it to you guys and then had to bring it back again because it wasn't entirely right.

I have gone to your store for years. Always pleased with the service.

Service department is excellent. Won't buy a car from this dealership because of a horrible sales staff but the service department and technicians are excellent.

Fast friendly service as always. Finished way before estimated time. Service crew is spot on and keep you well informed why your vehicle is in for service. I’d highly recommend!!

I was only in for the free interior sanitation. Everything looked fine. In & out in about half hour. Friendly staff. AND VERY HAPPY to find that I didn't have to readjust my seat & that the steering wheel was all the way up. Maybe they didn't move my seat @ all, but the steering wheel up & out of the way was nice. (Hint to Service - if you ever move the seat, place it far back before you get out before returning it to customer. It's not just you, it's every place I've been in any of the vehicles we've had over the years that it appears a midget was the last to have driven the car before me.)

Tyler made sure that my car was repaired in a timely fashion and kept me up to date on its progress. Thank you!
