I bought my second new F-150 pick-up at Bill Estes and the service department continues to provide me with a great experience and is certainly a reason I go back to Bill Estes. Very professional and great customer service. I would say they have gone above and beyond in may cases in taking care of our vehicle service needs.

I pulled into the bay was met by Ali and he immediately took care of the issue while I waited in the waiting room! I was out in 25 minutes and vary happy with the work!, This is my first experience with this dealership and overall very happy with it!!

I came in for an oil change with my current car and decided to look around while I waited. I had Brian and Patrick show me a few Escapes and I was sold. After looking at three others, I saw the fourth and was sold. I bought the fourth one.
