The guys took care of me the instant I arrived. With just a short wait, my oil change and tire rotation was done. Everyone was very helpful, from the CSR to the office staff.

Greeted professionally and promptly. Text drive conversation was informative and professional. Billy Dewitt was awesome for us and really helped us find the vehicle we wanted. We didn't walk on the lot expecting to make a purchase, but Billy took the time to work with us, talk to us, get to know us, and go to bat for us on trade-in and purchase. Really enjoyed working with him!!!

My experience with Mitch (sales) and Darryl (finance) was amazing. Not so much for the rest of the employees who blatantly ignored me when I got out of my vehicle. Even walking past me without acknowledging me and some watching me from the entrance way. I wanted to walk back to my vehicle and leave, but didn’t want to disappoint my daughter. However, I took the opportunity to point out to her what was happening at the time. We actually walked to the car at the front of the lot, looked inside, walked around the vehicle and we were on our way back to our vehicle when Mitch walked up and greeted us. So we were there for approximately 10-15 minutes with zero assistance and sales associates standing and looking at us from the door. Unacceptable. When we walked into the dealership after leaving and coming back, the receptionist looked at me in the eyes and didn’t say a word to me. She wasn’t on the phone. Again unacceptable. Mitch was energetic, positive, genuine, professional and helpful. Darryl was professional and helpful as well. If not for Mitch, I wouldn’t have bought from this dealership even though my daughter loved the car with all of its imperfections when she saw it. I don’t need bells and whistles to feel welcomed, but a simple Hello or even a SMILE would’ve done a world of good. There was 1 other sales associate who greeted me when I came back the 2nd time. I let him know I was there for Mitch and he notified him that I was back. The fact that I can pinpoint who acknowledged me is a sad testament to the customer service I received. The 4 is for Mitch and Darryl. It would’ve been a 5.
