Negotiations were good and straight forward. Detailing and delivery ended up taking close to 3 hours. That's on top of the time for test drives and negotiations. Needless to say that after that I felt rushed to take delivery and didn't get a good chance to go over condition of the vehicle. When I got home I noticed scoring and rubbing on the front bumper trim piece. It was not damage that could have been caused by a simple collision with something on the way home. Especially to go completely unnoticed. I was told that it would not be something that would be covered by the service department and that their 'quality' checks are there to catch this stuff. I know it wasn't me and looks exactly like contact that would have been made during transit and delivery. To say that quality checks catch these things is absurd because the very vehicle I traded in was tried to be given with me chipped paint on the door. After 'quality' checks... I was just able to catch it on that vehicle because I hadn't been there for hours on end. If Bill Estes wants to stand on the principles of a trim piece then so be it. They can stand without me.

The service department was prepared and efficient when ai arrived for my service appointment at Estes. The service was completed in a timely fashion and I was on my way pretty quickly.
