Recently Ford recalled certain 2021 F150s with a windshield adhesive defect. My Bill Estes Ford salesperson called me immediately and arranged a vehicle exchange. During the recall, I was updated on a weekly basis. Bill Estes Ford fought through supply line delays in replacement parts and my new 2021 F150 was returned in a reasonable amount of time. Everything went well!

Buying out my lease was so easy! I was nervous that my salesman would just try to get me to buy something else and spend more money. WOW, I was wrong! Brian Brickler greeted me with a smile and when I explained what I wanted to do, he listened! He brought some concerns to my attention during our discussion.
