Mitchel really went above and beyond to make sure I had the smoothest car buying experience. Although there were some bumps in the road, this was still the best customer service I have ever received when buying a car, or anywhere else really. 10/10 recommend and I will buy from Bill Estes Ford in the future!

Easy to work with

This was hands down the best car buying/leasing experience I’ve had! JB was very personable and great to work with, and he really listened to my needs and helped get to a place where a deal could happen. Joel made the paperwork portion for the lease completely painless. Scotty did a great job explaining the technology features of my new Bronco. I can’t state enough how excellent the entire experience was, and I will always be happy to recommend others as well.
