On Monday car towed in at last minute because it had steering failure about 1:00pm. Technicians reviewed and reported back to me that rodents ate cables and wiring to steering on Tuesday morning. After full review techs fixed steering did tuneup and coolant flush. Picked up Tuesday evening.
