My truck was making a rubbing noise coming from the front tire area. It was diagnosed as the wheel bearings going bad. Fortunately, I had purchased an extended warranty, which covered all of the cost, less the deductible. The truck was repaired that day, and I am now noise free and the truck runs great.

I have purchased several vehicles from Estes Ford over the years. I met Andy Wernsman many years ago. He is the reason I keep coming back and tell my friends. Now to my recent purchase. I was greeted by Brian Brickler who was there for me to answer my questions. I already had four trucks in mind to look at. Brian took me out to each truck gave me a review of each truck. Gave me the keys. Left me alone to look at each vehicle ( which I prefer ) I drove a F150 . Returned to Brian and asked him to work up the cost of the truck. While waiting for Brian Weddle to come up with a cost, Brian Brickler explained all of the additional options that were available to me. We completed all the other paperwork that was necessary. I did purchase the powertrain wraparound option. I am very satisfied with my recent experience at Estes Ford. Thanks to Brian Brickler and Andy Wernsman.

Everything OK except the extra fee that was not on itemized list but just put on line in total area.
