Jacob Sweeden was very helpful and showed us all the vehicles that was in our price range. He did everything in his power to get us the deal we wanted and the maximum trade in value for our Ford Taurus. The only downside was the very long wait to finalize the purchase.

This was my first visit to Bill Estes Brownsburg. I was a few minutes early and my salesperson, Steve Angle, was available when I arrived. Steve is a very patient and accommodating person. He had the truck I was interested in waiting in the garage. We shared the conversation as he explained many new features of the truck. Steve allowed me to express my knowledge and interject question as he made his presentation. It was Steve's sincerity and genuine concern for me and getting me in the right vehicle than made my visit a great experience. And yes, I drove away in a 2021 Ford F150 - Lariat.

I found a vehicle on website and made appointment to test drive. Vehicle was ready when I arrived; my sales rep, Jacob, was very helpful (had sent a video walk-around of the vehicle which was helpful in advance of my visit) & personable. Quickly negotiated a deal and completed the paperwork in very short time.

Estes Ford is a great place to buy a car. The Mustang Mach-e is an excellent performing vehicle and I am very pleased with it. It is everything it is advertised to be. Estes Ford is easy to work with and they follow through very well.
