I live in NKY. JB went above and beyond to make my experience purchasing the flex a great one. Initially when I inquired I didn’t have the intention of driving such a distance, but it was his customer service and the willingness to help that made the deal worth the 2+ hour drive! His in person dealings was just as an enjoyable experience for both my husband and I.

Had an oil consumption issue on my 2019 F150 Ecoboost. Ali was very helpful throughout the entire process, my concerns were taken seriously, they were looked into thoroughly, and ultimately the issue was made right in a timely manner.

We were met immediately upon walking in by Chris. Chris stayed with us throughout the process, even waiting with us while the vehicle was being detailed. Worked with us to get the price we wanted. We discovered a significant blemish on the car after it was returned from detailing that all 3 of us missed. Chris immediately acted, involved the GM, and both assured that this would be taken care of our satisfaction. Overall the experience was very pleasant, no pressure was put on us at any time.

Fairly easy to schedule my time, and service was as expected.

Got in and out relatively quick as far as sales, and Brian was great to work with (as well as financing). The only complaint I have is the truck took forever to get cleaned (more than two hours) and it really wasn’t clean. Salesman ended up giving me mikes express to try to help, but I think the cleaning was better when it was performed last time for sure on my last truck purchase. But Brian and finance were great-just clean the truck a little quicker and better next time please.

Saturday service was quick and we were able to wait while the truck had service

The service center is great. They take care of things and get you out in a reasonable time. Ths salespeople on the other hand need some work. I ask if they had a certain vehicle I wanted to look at, the young man said yes and pointed to the other side of the lot. No offer to walk out with me or get the keys. I will stick with their service center but will most likely purchase somewhere else.
