Fast ,friendly service

Everyone I worked with throughout the process was wonderful! There was absolutely no pressure. They answered all my questions and had patience with me. I really appreciated how comfortable everyone made me! Best car buying experience I’ve had.

We bought a ecosport with four wheel drive Bill Estes Ford on Saturday March 13th 2021.. Mike or old Mike Parham helped us 2 the best deal on a car and the quality of service was outstanding. If you're in the market to buy a car you need to rush to Bill Estes Ford and get great service bye Mike Parham and his trainees and assistance. Mike was able to assist us with quality service and at the same time frame three other employees. One of his assistants Jason was also very helpful with the technology of the car and helped us step by step with understanding how it works. Even though Mike was training three other employees that are three different meetings. He also had the trainees help us with excellent service. I have bought over 15 cars in the last 35 years and then at four different Ford dealers in the city and outside the city of Indianapolis. Bill Estes was by far the better place to buy a car for me and my wife. I now have five Ford vehicles at home and my driveway and I hope to be able to buy several more vehicles and the next 15 to 25 years. Might may or may not be there at Bill Estes but thank goodness he's training the Bill Estes employees so that they can provide the same type of service to Future buyers. Mike has worked with Bill Estes for over 30 years, and has received numerous Awards. Now we know why he is called the best salesman in the county, and I think possibly and Indiana. Please don't forget about Jason and the other helpers that assisted Mike and this transaction. It all seemed like Mike it framed just about everyone we talk to because they were very nice and polite. Sorry I can't remember the two ladies and the other young gentleman that helped us. But they were also very good people to talk to and help us.

It’s nearby my home which is a absolute plus. The service is courteous, prompt and the waiting area is immaculate.

I always have a great experience here. The staff are friendly and the process is very organized. Also, the shop floor is SO clean! I don't think I've ever seen a dealership service center with such clean floors. I wish I could have selected Ali as my service advisor but there was no option to do that. Instead I met someone new (Dalton) and he was a great substitute. Thanks for another great service run!

Nobody approached me while they was looking, which was a welcomed change. “Older Mike” was very low keyed, no pressure was asserted (even though I was ready for it). I would definitely come back, but not for a few years.

Your peeps do good work, the shuttle service is a wonderful service, my only complaint is probably not very valid but here goes, I bring my car in for one problem and invariably they find something else “ wrong” that I am not smart enough to argue about. Signed middle aged single woman! Overall I am very pleased with your pro service and how they work w/you to get you in and out!
