Service writer Tyler Lee was very accommodating to correct the problems with my suspension on a recently bought Lincoln, I did pick up the car and noticed a couple of things still needed to be rectified, and was contacted by the service manager Robert and was assured that these problems would be solved. So far I've played voicemail tag with the service manager , but I am sure that he will take care of the minimal amount of problems that still exist. I will say that I move my business over to Bill Estes along with telling friends to shop at Bill Estes because of my bad experience at Andy Mohr Ford. I believe the service department is dedicated to doing what's needed to keep my business, although I'm not sure that the sales department is as dedicated as the service department. Some of the problems that I encountered I had tried to contact my salesman Brian Brickler, I left at least three voicemail messages for him but I never got any type of return call, and why should I the sale was complete the contract was signed so it was no longer his concern. I will continue to take my vehicles to Bill Estes service department when any problems with the four Ford vehicles that I do currently own.
