TJ was great and I really appreciate being set up with a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, the snow storm we had shut the facility down. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I felt that service should have contacted me to let me know things were being shut down. I know they could not have known that it was going to be closed for 2 days due to weather, but I feel that at least I should have been notified that there was going to be a delay in the repair. But overal, I want to say that I am very happy with the vehicle, sales, finance, and service.

I talked to Tyler the service advisor, I had a vibration in my front end. Tyler rechecked my front end alignment at no charge, and I had all four wheels balanced which I paid for. The vibration is gone Thank you Tyler, and Bill Estes Ford..

Performance was good! Our wait time was terrible. We had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation at 2pm and did not finish until 3:30pm. We have a new Transit van and they could not find ours points for the oil change.. The employee that helped us was good to give us a coupon.

5th car I have purchased there since 2015. Mike Parham takes good care of me
