It was a long visit since I had to get extra work done on my car (4+ hours), but lobby was comfortable and appreciated having free water, coffee, clean bathroom and t.v. to watch while I waited. Tyler was friendly and helpful, explained recommended services but wasn't pushy. I really appreciated Tyler getting me a 10% discount which at least took a little of the pain away :)

I went to 4 dealerships to look at Ford Expedition Max vehicles. I actually left a very good deal on the table (with a higher trim level) at a competitor's dealership to come back and buy from Steve. He made me feel comfortable buying from him (and Estes Ford) with his excellent customer service and honesty. Steve set up a post-purchase tech meeting with Scott to walk through the car's features. This was amazing. I am very pleased with our purchase and I feel confident that if I should have any questions or concerns I will be able to come to Estes for help. I would 100% recommend Steve and Estes over any dealership I worked with.

I received a recall on my Explorer for the roof rails, that might detatch. This had happened a few times. I called in to schedule and was told that there would have to be pictures taken and sent to Ford to see if it was covered. Thought that was odd. When I picked up the vehicle, they had replaced both sides,only one had come off previously. Kudos to you Ford!!!

Service was done on the day promised. Communication was clear and timely about the service being done and the cost.
