This is the second Ford Maverick that I have bought from your dealership this year through Steve Angle. I am very satisfied with both transactions except that the Ford Pass points haven't shown up yet. The Mavericks are great and are a perfect replacement for the original Ranger compact truck.

Brian was professional, knowledgable and understanding regarding our purchase. Brian even went above and beyond to make sure we were taken car of while we waiting for the finance officer to be available. Overall good experiance and was happy to purchase from Bill Estes.

The display has a fault that only fails intermittently (seemingly EVERY time we drive it - but NEVER happens when in for service). It's very frustrating to have a brand new car with an issue that we see all the time that can't be "fixed" unless the issue actually happens when in for service (murphy's law I guess)

We recently had our Fusion Hybrid in for some factory warranty work. When we picked up the vehicle after hours, I noticed a dent in the fender above a wheel that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The service manager checked all camera footage and confirmed the dent did not exist when it was brought into or out of the service bay. They handled the repair of the dent and provided a loaner vehicle. Although this was an inconvenience, they staff displayed a high level of empathy and integrity on how the problem was handled which I appreciate as a long time customer.
