My car purchase experience was great there at Bill Estes Ford. My sales person Nikki did a wonderful job of adjusting when the vehicle I had seen online wasn't readily available due to a recall that was going to take some months to resolve. Nikki did a wonderful job of steering me to a vehicle that actually was a way better fit for me. I am so thankful that I got to sit down with Nikki as my sales person. I love my new Ford Escape!

I had 2 issues that I had them check to see if they were covered under the extended warranty. They were, I just had to pay an $100 deductible. I dropped it off and they brought me home. I picked it up later when they called saying it was ready.
