Ford did a great job with the install of the remote Start System on my truck.

I came to Bill Este Ford for service at the last minute, after I showed up to a service appointment time (which I had made in advance) at Tom Wood Ford, and despite my appointment, they told me they wouldn't even be able to LOOK at my car until the next day, let alone do any work (and I would have to leave my car there). I called Bill Este Ford and was able to make an appointment immediately, and have my car looked at within a couple of hours of arriving. The shuttle back to my house was convenient and the driver was very nice. I received full transparency with what my car needed and what the financial requirements would be, as well as information for financing options. The work was completed within the same day and I was able to pick it up by the next morning. My only critique would be that there needs to be a better area to check-in for pickup to wait for a person to help us check my car out/ pay, but I was still able to be helped out quickly.

This is the second Ford Maverick that I have bought from your dealership this year through Steve Angle. I am very satisfied with both transactions except that the Ford Pass points haven't shown up yet. The Mavericks are great and are a perfect replacement for the original Ranger compact truck.

sale went well. I was already committed by price range. The Honda just fit. It’s no Buick, but you can’t have everything. Scott will go far in your organization.

Oil change was done as expected. Check in was very slow, three write up guys were on their phones for over 20 minutes before getting me checked in.
