The vehicle is great, and our salesman Sean was also great. The vehicle condition on delivery was underwhelming. The biggest concern I have is that the tires were all inflated to 49psi, and the recommended psi is 33. Thankfully, I checked that and lowered all 4 tires to 33 the following day. The back row floor was dirty, there were several pieces of plastic protective covering that were not removed, and the plastic protection film under the front floor mats was also not removed. There was dust covering the dashboard, and it was evident that the interior had not been cleaned. Again, underwhelming especially considering the amount of money paid for the vehicle and that we picked it up the day after agreeing to purchase it. Our salesman Sean apologized and offered to have it cleaned, but we had other appointments and could not wait.

Dropped my car off at 7am for new tires and an oil change. By 1pm I had text twice for an update with no anwer... as the app said my car had only arrived...hadn't gone thru inspection or anything else. So I finally call to see what's up as I do t think it should take that long to put new ties on and get an oil change...talked to Marcus? And he sod it was almost done. So basically....make sure the app actually works or is updated so I do t have to call and pester people and make sure texts are responded to.

Helpful and worked with me but felt like I was put after other customers sometimes since I am out of state and the deal was done online/on the phone. Had to wait several days for financing since they were tied up with other customers. Often had to be the one to text for updates.
