Tyler Lee represented Bill Estes Ford in the highest professional way. He was courteous and took my car in on my appointment time with no delay. After diagnostic exam, he explained my options, including what needed to be performed immediately to ensure it was safe to drive. When the repair was going to last through the lunch time, he told me (and another customer who was waiting) that he was going to lunch and would be happy to bring us back a sandwich or whatever we wanted. Now THAT is really top notch customer service!
