I came in for an oil change. The customer service was excellent and they were dibe with my vehicle before I was ready to pick it up.

The sales force at Bill Estes Ford were very accommodating. I ordered a Ford Bronco that took 10 months to get. They helped me through some changes to my order and kept me informed as to the status. This dealor honored my ordered price even though Ford had a price increase. I was given a fair trade. They made purchasing a new car fun...which it should be.

My experience with Brian Brickler was excellent. We started by chatting online and then an onsite visit. He was great to work with as there was no pressure but very informative. He helped me to set up everything on my phone and explained the car very well.Joel in finance was great also. In the question below I did not get a picture but it was because I did not want one. I did however go onto google and gave a review.

I called and inquired about my cord bronco and he had me fill out and app over the phone and I got to the store and was in and out within an hour

Would recommend. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the buying process went smooth and that any concerns were take care of.
