I came in to look at a truck on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately that truck had already sold, but Sean McNally listened to the things I was looking for an searched the sister dealer network for vehicles matching my search. Instead of trying to show me things outside of my desired budget or convince me of purchasing something else, Sean took note of what I wanted and called me as soon as he knew something matching my search was on its way to the dealership. Sean was not available when I came to view the vehicle he told me was on the way, but Steve Angle stepped up to help out and got me setup to test drive the truck and finalize the purchase. Joel Stucker got me the best rate and got all of the financing paperwork setup quickly and hassle free. The entire team was very friendly and didn't have the pushy car dealership feel. I really felt like the team cared that I was happy with my purchase and not just another car out the door.

Always, friendly people, my Great Dane-Tiberius loves the attention and the DGC gets it's oil changed and topped off. Win-win.

Amazing experience. We’ve purchased from Mike Parham before so we came back. Although Mike was helping another customer, his assistant Scott was extremely helpful and professional. I can’t say enough about how smooth Scott made the experience, from beginning to end. He didn’t try to force anything or push any options we didn’t want. He answered all questions thoroughly and made it easy. Seriously, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Tyler Lee represented Bill Estes Ford in the highest professional way. He was courteous and took my car in on my appointment time with no delay. After diagnostic exam, he explained my options, including what needed to be performed immediately to ensure it was safe to drive.When the repair was going to last through the lunch time, he told me (and another customer who was waiting) that he was going to lunch and would be happy to bring us back a sandwich or whatever we wanted. Now THAT is really top notch customer service!
