I just wanted a truck for less than $20k. Mike approached and asked if he could help, told him what I was looking for, and he had one come in fresh off of trade. It was refreshing to talk to a sales person who was not put off by my lack of desire to spend $40k on a vehicle. Mike is very accommodating and personable. We discussed the nature of the car business currently, and he felt my woes of insane prices. He also discussed the training Bill Estes had him perform and how much he liked working there. Usually, people complain about everything. Mike did not. He is a good person to work with. Estes has done a few repairs on my other Ford vehicles, and it is always a good experience. Estes is actually fixing a few items after inspection (on vehicle purchased). This is much appreciated. Overall, all of my experiences with Bill Estes Ford have been overwhelming positive.
