I had an appointment and they attended to me within just a few minutes. I only had an oil exchange on my PTU in my ford flex.

Stephen was a great help getting the deal done.

I appreciated the quick response for an appointment for both a recall and a winter oil change. The service attendant recommended a special at this time, which I accepted and had a monetary savings. The pick-up and delivery of my car was an additional service which in my case was necessary and done with courtesy.

I felt welcome by all staff. Everyone was pleasantly professional and friendly manner. I feel lucky to have gotten Brian B as my salesperson. His calm demeanor made my purchase much easier and more comfortable. I am one to walk away from a dealership if i feel pressured. Never felt that way at any time while in the Brownsburg store.
