Remember you asked for this review. I was going to let it pass. Came in for oil change and tire rotation with a 1:40 pm appointment was told it would take two to two and a half hours made an appointment for the next morning 8am. After waiting for and hour and a half someone came out and said they broke the mirror off. Would have to come back the next day when they got the mirror. Was there 3 hours. I got a loaner to take. Picked up the truck the next day and later that evening noticed an oil spot on my garage floor. Checked and there was a sufficient amount of oil on the oil pan the bracket below it and splatters of oil the transmission and the frame. I have a picture.They did comp me for the oil change but they didn’t rotate my tires because take photos because that happened a few years ago also there. They rotated them when they fixed the mirror. I have bought four F 150 since 2011 and 3 at Bill Estes. I won’t post this review publicly because nothing will happen. I would like a follow up before I contact Ford Motor Company!

The vehicle is great, and our salesman Sean was also great. The vehicle condition on delivery was underwhelming. The biggest concern I have is that the tires were all inflated to 49psi, and the recommended psi is 33. Thankfully, I checked that and lowered all 4 tires to 33 the following day. The back row floor was dirty, there were several pieces of plastic protective covering that were not removed, and the plastic protection film under the front floor mats was also not removed. There was dust covering the dashboard, and it was evident that the interior had not been cleaned. Again, underwhelming especially considering the amount of money paid for the vehicle and that we picked it up the day after agreeing to purchase it. Our salesman Sean apologized and offered to have it cleaned, but we had other appointments and could not wait.

Bryce was on time for the home service appointment. He was polite, knowledgeable & finished the work quickly.
