Satisfied with service. My car is under recall and there seems to be some confusion as to when I can bring it in. I called Ford customer service about getting a copy of a recall letter and they won’t send it?

Sean was very nice and did a good job, he got me what I wanted. I am enjoying my new truck. It was an easy process from beginning to end. Sean also had my new truck detailed a second time and the Resistall ng2 redone. The process either did not take or was not applied properly the first time leaving white residue on dash and drivers door and after it rained left water deposits on the vehicle. Joel Stucker also made the process easy Donna in service was very helpful and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was getting the bed liner, rustproofing done and while they redid the Resistall. Everyone has been very helpful to this point and I hope my experience will be as positive with any future visits or needs.
