Went in to order a 23 Maverick Tremor. Issues with the ordering system kept me on pins and needles. My sales rep Sean McNally worked with me in explaining some of the features and packages I wanted more info on. He was very knowledgeable. I had a back up build in mind if the XLT Tremor just wasn’t obtainable but eventually my 23 XLT Tremor order went through. I got my confirmation for my 23 order immediately the first day I stopped in and put the order in with temp choices. Very quick. Estes even had a 22 used model for sale that I test drove. The most painless interaction I’ve had with a dealer in my life.

Service on my truck was completed to my satisfaction.

Satisfied with service. My car is under recall and there seems to be some confusion as to when I can bring it in. I called Ford customer service about getting a copy of a recall letter and they won’t send it?

The staff at Estes always does and excellent job.

Everyone worked together to make sure I was happy with the deal. Small issue with the truck currently and Dustin is taking complete care of it for me!
