Sean was very nice and did a good job, he got me what I wanted. I am enjoying my new truck. It was an easy process from beginning to end. Sean also had my new truck detailed a second time and the Resistall ng2 redone. The process either did not take or was not applied properly the first time leaving white residue on dash and drivers door and after it rained left water deposits on the vehicle. Joel Stucker also made the process easy Donna in service was very helpful and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was getting the bed liner, rustproofing done and while they redid the Resistall. Everyone has been very helpful to this point and I hope my experience will be as positive with any future visits or needs.

Was my first time buying a used car from Bill Estes and Rick was a very nice guy, Very nice people and good Trucks. Overall happy, Tho my 2018 makes noise starting. I hear it’s a big problem with Ecoboost 3.5. I hope it does not get worse!
