Steve Angle was our sales person and he was great. I know all the information indicates that Brian was our sales person. I did talk to Brian on the phone but the days we were able to go to the dealership he was not available. Not to worry, Steve Angle helped us and we do appreciate his attention to detail and getting us the information we needed.

For one thing you guys need to get a big bow to put on when you are presenting a new vehicle. When you surprise your wife with a new vehicle you need a big bow to put on it. Need have more refreshments and snacks for those who are waiting. Our process for buying a new vehicle went very smoothly but we were still there for an hour plus. Refreshments and snacks a must.

All was great except one small issue. We needed to put down a $500 deposit to get them to find the vehicle we wanted. Simple enough, except the only person who could take the deposit was with another customer. It would seem there should be others who could conduct such a simple transaction, and not cause us to sit idly for 30 minutes waiting

The service was done ahead of schedule and I was kept informed during the whole process.

It was easy to purchase my new Bronco. I wish it would have worked! My new car had all kinds of warning lights come on less than 24 hours of owning it before it had to go into the shop. I was told that there were no loner cars to drive right after purchasing a new car that did not work. The purchase was a good experience. I wish I could have received a loner car sine the bran new one had to go into the shop as soon as I bought it.

I waited on my vehicle while being serviced. It was ready in a reasonable amount of time.
