We had 2 tire stems replaced. We assumed this was covered with the extended warranty package but NICK (Service Tech) verified this, and kindly explained how it wasn't & provided the cost.TYLER (Service Manager) was very personable & professional. And seemed on top of everything in his department.Our service was fast & efficient!

Transaction done via phone/text as I live 3.5 hrs away. Salesman was professional and friendly and forthcoming with information and questions I asked. He did a nice job handling the transaction. Car had a bad smoke odor in it that was worse than disclosed, in my opinion. Cigarette burns in seat that weren't shown in online add for sale and mileage was over 2,000 miles higher than what was on add, due to car being loaned out to service customers. All of this was disclosed to me during the purchase process but was a bit disappointed that no price reduction was offered due to these factors but, I guess I should have asked for a discount. The car drives well and is overall acceptable but the smoke smell is not good. Even the drivers that brought the vehicle said it was very, very noticeable.
