Rick McIntyre was friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I liked that he first, called me to tell me the vehicle I wanted to see was going to be later than our appt time (this allowed me to be able to do other things and not sit and wait at the dealer) and second, he agreed to let me take the vehicle to my moms independent living facility for her to look at so she would not have to go out. I can't say enough about Rick and his professionalism and help. The vehicle (again because of Rick's attention) was spotless when we took ownership of it. As always the service team did a great job of diagnosing the issues and repairing the faulty sensor. Dalton did a fantastic job of helping and explaining to me the issues and providing his advice on what the technician suggested. Very satisfied!
