I liked that he first, called me to tell me the vehicle I wanted to see was going to be later than our appt time (this allowed me to be able to do other things and not sit and wait at the dealer) and second, he agreed to let me take the vehicle to my moms independent living facility for her to look at so she would not have to go out.
