Always wonderful service

Michael Starnes Was a pleasure to work with. I normally can not stand car salesman but I will look Michael up the next time I am ready to buy a truck.

I had an awesome experience. I definitely will be suggesting this place to friends and family. I can't remember the last name of the guy that helped me but you'd know him if you talked to him, Sean is a giant lol. But he helped me navigate a few small issues I had so I could drive home a Tacoma that I had to have.

Work was performed within specified time. I would have marked, “Excellent, “ but. I had an issue with access to garage. I came in thru waiting room and out the door to service area. I am handicapped, and there is NO ramp to get off the curb once inside the service area. Is there any way to install a ramp at the north end of the waiting area in the garage? It could face the north at the end of the curb.

We love our 2021 Bronco Sport / Badlands. After 7,000 miles it it stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Bill Estes Ford did a great job of putting together a deal we could not turn down.

Mike sterns was professional and friendly, knowledgeable and attentive Finance manager was all the above as well I had a baby with me and receptionist gave him a stuffed animal

Ordered a car in Jan, tracked the. Hold on the Ford site and picked it up at Bill Estes in Jun. The experience was pleasant, the staff is helpful and friendly.

JB was awesome. He had us in and out in no time. Didn't feel pressured into to buying things we didn't need.

Was straight forward and as quick as could be. I had reached out online the night before to make sure the car was still in inventory and had a call in the morning from Mike. He had the car pulled around for me to see and test drive when I arrived.
