Dropped truck off (service entrance doors very narrow) had to pull mirrors in to get through doors. Service was performed and I was called and told vehicle was ready about 5 hours later

I had the Works. Everything went smooth and timely from the time I pulled into the bay until the services were completed. They a new way of checking out. The whole transaction is done with the service rep who received your vehicle and initiated the paperwork, making checking easier and faster. Their pricing was also $30 lower than the nearest Mazda dealership.

The service team is always prompt, and responsive. I did have to wait longer then expected on my last service though which was unusual but was during the week.
