I stopped by on Wednesday to to see an Expedition that I found online. I met Mitchel Dotson when I entered the dealership and told him what vehicle I was looking for. He was unable to find the vehicle, but eventually figured out that it was at the detail shop, so Mitch drove me there to see the vehicle. I made an appointment to come back on Friday, with my wife, to see if we could work a deal. Mitch made the entire process easy. We were able to work a deal without much work and we drove home with the vehicle. The only complaint I have is that it was raining when we at Bill Estes, and we did not notice the good of the vehicle had deep, excessive scratches on the hood until we got home and saw the vehicle dried off. I would have appreciated it if this would have been disclosed to us, as it is bad enough that the hood needs to be painted. 60k Ford certified used car shouldn’t need paint.
