Your team even thru couple challenges were awesome

I took my Ford Fiesta in for an unknown starting issue. The problem was fixed & for the past couple days has not had any problems. This is what I have come to expect from the service department at Bill Estes Ford. My only issue was pick up. I took the car into service on a Tuesday, approved work to be done on Wednesday. Having not heard anything about the status of my repaires, I called the dealership mid-morning on Saturday. I was told my car was completed on Friday afternoon and was ready for pick up. This would have been a 5 star review if i didn't have to call about my cars status. We rely upon our cars and need them, often having to make different plans because of the lack off a vehicle being available. I can go anywhere to get my car fixed - It's all about customer service, you've heard me say this before..

Our salesman was fantastic and he answered all of our questions. He was able to help us get the deal we wanted as well.

As always Awesome Customer care and service Hands down Best Ford service center in the Indianapolis/ Brownsburg area.

Was just getting safety recalls taken care of. Paid to have the front axle realigned. People weren’t pushy but suggested a lot of things to repair.

Took 3-4 phone calls in order to understand the estimate.

Everyone was great from start to finish.
