Really enjoyed working with JB, Matt and Steve! Everyone there was pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely a top notch group.

I suspect that some of the following is due to lack of staff, other parts are due to policy changes. I stood by my car or by the service writer’s area for over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Previously, some would almost immediately check the under hood fluids. I don’t know that this was done at all. My service writer chose to text me about additional work to be done rather than calling. After I called him (I don’t always get text alerts), it was clear that the additional work did not need to be done now-I was being up sold. I was impressed that when the car wasn’t ready at the time I was originally told, I was offered the option of having it delivered ! Likely policy matters: it greatly irritates me to get my car back with the seat moved all the way back. Also, I much preferred checking out with the cashier ! Having the service writer do it slows things down, and was, I suspect, why the service writers were too busy to acknowledge me (if they had been at their stations initially). The first writer to acknowledge me was the one behind Casey, who was the one with whom I had made my appointment, and used for this visit.

Mike and Rick did an awesome job making the experience a inviting one. Scott did an okay-ish job. Over all though everyone involved in the purchase made me feel comfortable.

Sean the salesman did a great job! He was attentive and knowledgable. Chris in Finance got me a great deal ! I could not be happier! Everyone I encountered was polite and courteous!
