My lease was up and I want to to purchase my car. I was not at all pressured to buy something new, which is what I experienced at other dealerships. It was a low pressure buying environment. My car was getting worked on for an oil change and a battery recall. The car wasn’t finished when I was done with the paperwork and I was offered a loaner before I had to even ask for any accommodations. This is something I’ve never experienced at any other dealership. It was wonderful.

Did all the research we could online on which exact vehicle we wanted and Bill Estes had a great price. We had never been there before at Brownsburg. Walked in and told Steve we would like test drive the Badlands Sasquatch. He didn’t ask many questions and wasn’t pushy. We spent time looking at a couple other vehicles. I was frustrated when a vehicle listed online for a better price I was told was not available for purchase due to a recall. We were able to negotiate to get the very similar bronco for a close price. We appreciate the experience.
