My experience on 13April2022 was absolutely amazing! We bought a car here 5 years ago and had a great experience. We then came back to purchase another vehicle in 2020. That experience was terrible, I said I’d never go back. My 2020 Explorer ended up being nothing but a piece of junk. I hated my car, I think it was possessed. Fast forward to Wed 13April, I walked in to get a new tire because I had busted mine that day. I went and Spoke to the GM Brian about this car and he was determined to get me out of it and into something I loved. He set me up with the salesman Brian. Brian was very friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. Brian pulled Joel into the conversation to discuss the finance part of things. He was super friendly and answered my questions as well. I was very hesitant due to the fact the 2020 had 0%interest. The guys all made it work to get close to what I wanted to pay. They were all phenomenal and really turned me around from never wanting to come back to wanting to come back. I have a friend that is looking for a vehicle and I already mentioned the great experience I had. Brian Weddle & Brian both came out before I left with my new vehicle to congratulate me and thank me for giving them a chance. I appreciate everything they did. Brennan was also very helpful in going over the new car with me, even though most things were similar he was able to help me connect my phone to the car and show me a few of the extras. Thank you to everyone!!! I can say I already LoVE my new explorer. I never loved my 2020 from the time I drove it off the lot. Thanks so much!
