Everyone everywhere is extremely busy and supply chain issues are affecting timelines right now, and Bill Estes Ford isn’t immune, so it wasn’t a fast process, but Casey Malkowski got the job done and worked hard to get a part and complete a job that presented hurdles throughout. He was very personable and I will be returning to Bill Estes for future service because of his work. The email/text system to view the vehicle report and approve or deny services is really great.
