This was my first trip to the service department. Had to have a recall preformed that was recommended by Ford. After several months of scheduling conflicts and inventory issues concerning the parts to finish the job, I can say that I’m completely satisfied with the service that was performed. What made the experience even more satisfying is the fact that the service tech/write up, took the time to listen to my concerns about establishing a new and trustworthy relationship at a new dealership. I’ve had several bad experiences with dealerships in the past and was hesitant on coming back to a new Ford establishment. After talking to Tyler for over 30 minutes, I believe we have come to an a agreement about communication and trust. (He can elaborate) I’ve had the car for several days and everything appears to be operating normally.

Excellent and timely service. When I notice my driver mirror might be broke after pick up, Tyler was great responding to the inquiry.

Decent car buying experience however the tag portion has been a nightmare. I dont care whou you chose to use as a business to process tags…its not my choice or concern. I just need a tag. Mine expired on the 6th of march…but when i call about it i get transferred to someone else who never answers or calls back
