Overall the experience was positive at Bill Estes Ford. A couple of small things could be improved. The new vehicle I bought appeared to have been detailed hastily and wasn't the most thoroughly cleaned (some visible dirty footprints in the vehicle and visible salt spots on some of the exterior trim). The other was that I selected this dealership because they agreed to not charge me for the application of extra paint and interior protection that I didn't want (and I signed a bill of sale that did not have those extra charges). However, when it came time to pay for the vehicle, those charges (about $1000) were added back on a new bill of sale without telling me and I had to catch that and point it out when going over the final sales price. They were nice and did agree to remove that charge again, though.

Scott and Mike Parham were great to work with.

Everything went great and truck was done just as I got back from shopping at Aldi next door to dealership.

This has always been one of my questions everytime I show up, is why do I have a scheduled appointment time for a certain time and it's anyways way longer than it should be, for a simple oil change and nothing more
